TRADITIONAL COOKING COURSE This course, addressed both to amateurs and lovers of Sicilian cooking, is held in a kitchen of a restaurant or of a private house, under the guidance of an expert local cook, specialised in traditional dishes. The participants, max 6 people, will contribute in the preparation of the dishes, and will eat them for lunch. In the area of Ragusa there are still lots of uncultivated fields, and so it is possible, with the help of an expert, to pick wild greens which grow there. After that, you will prepare typical dishes made with these vegetables. |
